Account use

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure and for using your account only in lawful, non-abusive ways. Do not access another account, bypass controls, disrupt the service, or use it for spam, fraud, scraping, malware or illegal activity.

Private account boundary

Account and administrator pages may include private or operational material. Private account pages, administrator-only views, draft records and generated evidence do not give permission to disclose personal or private information.

Information and decision-support boundary

[RP] residency, immigration, tax, entity, cost and relocation information is decision-support material only. It is not legal, tax, financial, immigration or professional advice and does not guarantee eligibility, compliance, outcomes, pricing or official acceptance. Use qualified advisers and official sources before acting.

Service changes

existence.app continues to develop. Features, account controls, routes, content and availability may change. Required account, security, service and operational messages may be sent even when you have not chosen marketing messages.

Suspension and removal

Accounts may be restricted, deleted or blocked where needed to protect the service, prevent abuse, meet operational requirements or enforce these terms. Spam cleanup and unblock controls are administrator-only and do not create a public appeal process.

No compliance guarantee

The service is provided without a guarantee that content is complete, current, available or suitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for decisions made from information shown in existence.app.
